We are looking for a highly motivated B2B specialist that will identify and drive growth opportunities across our expanding partner network whilst delivering quality account management to our existing portfolio of partners.

What can you expect in the role?

  • Leading and running your area and its range of partnerships, cultivating strong and lasting relationships through personalised contact, and understanding the needs of their businesses
  • Identifying and pursuing tactical opportunities, while also collaborating with internal colleagues and partners to plan and implement long-term growth initiatives and deliver against strategy
  • Ensuring effective management of partnership contracts, including renewals, amendments, and compliance
  • Nurturing strong internal relationships with key group functions, involving partners at every step of partnership development and growth
  • Using organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of all activity
  • Tracking, measuring and reporting on the impact of partnership activities against specific important metrics, and responsibility for hitting commercial targets
  • Using data and insights to optimise partner performance, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and make data driven decisions
  • Understand market insights to highlight potential growth or new opportunities
  • Increase team profile, engaging internal colleagues with the benefits of our team

What are we looking for?

  • You will have a flair for building meaningful relationships. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess outstanding communication skills, and have a proven track record of enhancing financial growth.
  • Bring your senior-level expertise to a dynamic digital environment where your consistent record of driving successful outcomes will shine. Your knowledge of Home Services and/or Insurance would be a huge advantage.
  • You have a stellar history of managing and scaling large, strategic accounts, coupled with exceptional analytical skills that turn data into actionable insights, fuelling growth and uncovering new opportunities.
  • Focusing on results, you excel in achieving goals and growing revenue growth. You excel at working autonomously, setting your own agenda and priorities, while seamlessly collaborating with the wider B2B team.
  • As a self-starter, you effortlessly juggle multiple competing priorities and meet tight deadlines. Your resilience and adaptability to change are unmatched, and your commercial foresight empowers you to comprehend critical trading levers and performance drivers.
  • Your understanding of product development is complemented by your ability to communicate complex issues clearly and confidently. Your Excel skills, including formulas, look-ups, and pivot tables, are top-notch.
  • Your problem-solving approach involves creativity and meticulous attention to detail, resulting in consistently high-quality work. Your robust knowledge of essential marketing channels and implementation considerations enhances your remarkable skills.
