Jooble is a global product IT-company. Our main product jooble.org is an international hiring platform in 66 countries that aggregates thousands of job openings from various sources on a single page.

We are ranked among the TOP-10 most visited websites in the Jobs and Employment segment worldwide. Since 2006, we’ve grown from a small startup founded by two students into a major player in the online recruitment market with 300+ professionals.

Where others see challenges, we create opportunities.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to own this motion end-to-end: identifying and engaging the right decision-makers inside these organizations (Group/Regional HR Directors, Heads of Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding leads), building a consultative case for Jooble's high-volume hiring solutions, multinational presence, and closing and growing multi-market partnerships. This is a senior, strategic role — not a transactional sales seat — built around longer sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and cross-border deal structures.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead the full enterprise sales cycle: stakeholder mapping, solution positioning, proposal and commercial negotiation, and contracting— often spanning several markets and internal approvers at once.

  • Own a portfolio of strategic target accounts among large multinational employers with high-volume recruitment needs.

  • Map and engage multiple stakeholders within each target account — Group/Regional HR Directors, VP/Head of Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing leads — via outbound, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry events.

  • Run discovery conversations to understand each company's recruitment pains at scale (volume hiring, employer brand visibility, multi-country job distribution) and tailor Jooble's value proposition accordingly.

  • Structure and negotiate multi-country partnership terms, coordinating with regional teams for local execution and pricing.

  • Continuously test and refine outreach angles and messaging against the enterprise ICP, and share findings with sales leadership.

  • Represent Jooble at HR, Talent Acquisition, and employer branding industry events and conferences to build relationships with senior HR stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and account data in the CRM, and report on strategic account progress to leadership.

What We're Looking For / Your Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, enterprise sales, or business development — ideally within HR tech, job boards, RPO, employer branding, or recruitment marketing.

  • A demonstrated track record of engaging and closing deals with senior HR/Talent Acquisition stakeholders (HR Director, Head/VP of Talent Acquisition, CHRO, Employer Branding Director, etc.) at large or multinational companies — this is the core hypothesis we need validated, so direct experience here matters more than industry-specific experience.

  • Comfort managing complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-country deal cycles (often 3–9+ months), not just fast transactional sales.

  • Strong consultative/solution-selling skills — able to speak credibly with HR leaders about employer branding, recruitment marketing, and workforce-at-scale challenges.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales enablement tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sales engagement platforms, AI tools).

  • Excellent English (business/professional level, written and spoken).

  • Self-directed and comfortable working in an international, remote-first team, owning a revenue target and account portfolio independently.

  • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with account and pipeline data to prioritize a target list of this size and complexity.

Nice to have:

  • An existing network of HR/TA Director-level contacts at Fortune 500 / Global 2000 companies in the target sectors.

  • Prior experience in employer branding, programmatic job advertising, or RPO sales specifically.
