Who You Are:

You have an ability to connect with candidates on what matters most in their job search. You will bring your expertise in building trusted partnerships with global hiring teams and tap into your talent network across Europe to support QTS' global expansion. You are also a talent coach/advisor who is unafraid to challenge the status quo in pursuit of excellence.

The Impact You Will Have:

Your work will directly contribute to the overall growth of QTS's global footprint as we continue to lead the data center industry.  You will impact your hiring teams by bringing in the highest level of talent into our organization.

What You Will Do:

  • Responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates who support QTS’s mission uphold our core values.

  • Strategic candidate management able to assess complex negotiations.

  • Proactively identify, qualify and recruit passive candidates, using innovative sourcing strategies, cold calling, social media and networking tools.

  • Drive Recruitment Technology Strategy to support talent pool development and sustainability.

  • Responsible for implementation and administration of recruitment technology tools and systems.

  • Develop sustainable, predictable talent pipelines that result in high quality of hire and low time to fill metrics.

  • Proactively network to build relationships and develop robust candidate pools.

  • Provide thought leadership through statistical data and research to generate new and innovative methods for process improvement.

  • Represents the QTS employment brand through social media, networking, and other avenues by maintaining a professional presence.

  • Must be able to travel based on client and business needs, estimated 10% or less.

What You Will Need to be Successful:

  • Eight or more years of talent acquisition, human resources, or equivalent experience

  • Four or more years of direct recruiting experience with at least two years in a corporate setting

  • Two or more years of project or program management experience

  • Four or more years' experience working with Applicant Tracking and/or HRIS Systems

  • Experience recruiting exempt and non-exempt employees internationally

  • Experience recruiting in the data center, infrastructure, energy/utilities and/or construction industries highly preferred
