About Cloudflare
At Cloudflare, our mission is bold yet simple: to help build a better Internet. Our global network handles trillions of requests each month, protecting and accelerating applications without added hardware, software, or code changes. Our Developer Platform, including Workers, Workers AI, R2, KV, Durable Objects, and Pages, empowers developers to build and deploy applications globally, faster than ever before.
About the Team
The Developer GTM organization is a startup within Cloudflare, driving how we attract, inspire, and grow the next generation of builders. We are redefining what developer acquisition looks like in a world where AI and distributed agents are reshaping the stack. Our mission is to create new pathways for developers to discover Cloudflare, whether through ecosystem partnerships, high impact content, or creative field engagement.
We are builders, storytellers, and connectors united by one goal: to make Cloudflare the most exciting place for developers to build.
About the Role
The Senior Partner Strategy Manager will own the full acquisition strategy for Cloudflare's developer ecosystem, uniting our community and demand generation engines into a single, high velocity motion. This leader will oversee how we capture startups, venture capital networks, and student builders, while also driving our demand generation and field marketing machines to convert awareness into adoption within strategic tech communities.
This is not a traditional marketing role; it is about engineering growth through ecosystems. You will define how Cloudflare reaches developers where they live, play, and build.

This is not a traditional marketing role; it is about engineering growth through ecosystems. You will define how Cloudflare reaches developers where they live, play, and build.
What You Will Do
- Define and execute the global GTM strategy for Cloudflare's Developer Platform through strategic cloud and ecosystem partners, driving adoption of Workers, Durable Objects, and other developer services.
- Own the partner enablement motion-building the programs, playbooks, and tools that train solution architects, partner sellers, and product teams to position Cloudflare as the platform of choice for modern application development.
- Lead joint go-to-market initiatives with hyperscalers, cloud service providers, and developer ecosystems, turning partnerships into measurable revenue and developer growth.
- Drive field execution and co-selling programs, collaborating with partner and Cloudflare sales teams to identify high-potential accounts, accelerate pipeline, and amplify success stories.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing to align messaging, technical readiness, and joint positioning within cloud marketplaces and developer channels.
- Champion the Developer Platform ecosystem, shaping how Cloudflare shows up in partner technical communities, events, and go-to-market campaigns worldwide.
- Build tight alignment between Developer Platform, Global Partnerships, and Field GTM leadership to scale partner-led growth and operational excellence.
Who You Are
- A strategic operator with a track record of building and scaling partner motions for developer-centric or cloud-native products.
- Equally at home in technical and commercial conversations, translating complex architectures into clear business value.
- A connector-comfortable influencing across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partner organizations, and inspiring external partners to co-invest in growth.
- Fluent in the language of developers and ecosystems: APIs, serverless, cloud-native architectures, and modern GTM.
- Data-driven, execution-oriented, and motivated by outcomes that move the business forward.
