Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional Partner Manager UKI to join our growing team. In this role, as a Partner Manager for the UK & Ireland (UKI), you will help to lead our regional partner ecosystem expansion, driving growth and developing strategic alliances with resellers, system integrators, and technology partners. This is a high-impact role where your experience and business acumen will directly shape Workato’s GTM strategy and market success across the UKI region. You will also be responsible for working with our existing Senior Partner Manager to:

  • Define and execute the partner strategy for the UK and Ireland region, ensuring alignment with our Global Partner GTM objectives.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value partners to strengthen Workato’s regional presence.
  • Develop trusted, strategic relationships with partners to jointly pursue new business opportunities.
  • Partner with the marketing team to design and run co-marketing programs that generate qualified opportunities.
  • Drive Joint Business Plans with top partners, setting clear revenue and enablement goals.
  • Review partner performance regularly and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Report performance metrics, pipeline progress, and market insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering) to ensure successful partner outcomes.
Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • 9+ years of experience in partner management, ideally with enterprise software or SaaS products.
  • • Experience creating and executing GTM and joint business plans with strategic partners.
  • • Deep understanding of the UKI technology market, partner landscape, and sales cycles.
  • • Proven ability to work cross-functionally to enable and support partners effectively.
  • • Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data to drive business decisions.
  • • Bonus if you bring iPaaS / Enterprise MCP ecosystem knowledge or experience with digital transformation solutions.
Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics
  • High productivity and the ability to manage multiple workstreams at the same time
  • A can do attitude and the ability to be resourceful and creative within a fast paced environment
  • Manage multiple initiatives at the same time whilst prioritizing key objectives
