  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for any issues triggered by or impacting external partners.
  • Lead annual account planning sessions covering pipeline, forecasting, marketing initiatives, delivery review, and more.
  • Support and administer partnership, alliance, and reseller agreements and other contractual documentation.
  • Keep partners informed on nCino's product roadmap and future strategy, and ensure feedback reaches the right internal teams.

  • Enable the ecosystem with nCino's sales positioning, tactics, and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and individual reps to manage partner pipeline and drive qualified opportunities.
  • Influence buy-in across Sales and Product leadership for partner relationships, with clearly defined success metrics by region.

Delivery & Enablement

  • Mobilise and equip partners with nCino's implementation best practices and establish ways of working with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Work with Professional Services teams to establish cadences with partners and customers to drive consistent, high-quality delivery.
  • Lead partner training coordination, enablement, and certification.
  • Collaborate with Partner Relationship Managers in other regions to ensure nCino's Partner Program remains consistent and scalable.
  • Leverage AI tools and insights to enhance efficiency, automate routine tasks, and drive smarter decision-making across your work.

  • Solid experience in relationship management, consulting, banking, or enterprise software — with a proven track record of managing complex partnerships or accounts.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver outcomes across cross-functional teams.

  • Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to engage credibly at executive level.

  • A problem-solving, inquisitive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting your approach to different situations and stakeholders.

  • Experience in conflict resolution and the ability to work through complex, multi-party scenarios.
