Snowflake is about empowering enterprises to achieve their full potential — and people too. With a culture that’s all in on impact, innovation, and collaboration, Snowflake is the sweet spot for building big, moving fast, and taking technology — and careers — to the next level.

Snowflake is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented EMEA Senior Partner Marketing Manager, focused on driving the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and execution for our alliance with SAP.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating the technical synergy between Snowflake and SAP into compelling business narratives that resonate with customers and empower our sales teams. You will work at the intersection of Snowflake, SAP, and our Global System Integrators (GSIs) partners to build a "better together" story that drives massive scale. You will own the end-to-end marketing relationship for this partnership – from crafting compelling differentiated value propositions and strategic plans to executing integrated campaigns and reporting measurable outcomes.

AS A SENIOR PARTNER MARKETING MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:
  • Own the End-to-End Partner Marketing Relationship with SAP in EMEA: Take full ownership of the marketing strategy and execution with these partners. This includes defining the initial value statements, developing comprehensive marketing plans, managing the execution process, and reporting on measurable results to drive accelerated growth and investment within the Snowflake ecosystem.

  • Demonstrate Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate across product marketing, demand generation, content, PR, social, sales, and alliances to align messaging and go-to-market initiatives with business goals. Serve as a subject matter expert on how Snowflake integrates with enterprise software leaders in ERP, CRM, ITSM, and other core business systems.

  • Drive Strategic Positioning & Value Articulation: Develop compelling positioning and messaging that clearly communicates the joint value for this partnership. Tailor narratives for technical and business audiences across industries and customer segments.

  • Set Ambitious Goals & Strategic Priorities: Establish overarching objectives and a strategy designed to accelerate the partnership growth. This includes comfortable presenting and defending your work to executives.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
  • Integrated Marketing & Communications Expertise: Demonstrates a strong blend of Product Marketing and Communications acumen, capable of translating complex technical concepts into compelling, partner-centric narratives that drive action and investment within the Large Strategic ISV ecosystem.

  • Enterprise Application Expertise: Brings experience positioning cloud-based enterprise applications that support core business functions such as finance, supply chain, and HR. Understands how to articulate the value of migrating from legacy systems to modern, data-driven platforms—emphasizing scalability, interoperability, and total cost of ownership in cloud environments.

  • Deep Partner & Ecosystem Acumen : Has a proven track record in Audience Marketing, with distinct experience in Partner or Ecosystem Marketing, specifically with a Large Strategic ISV. Understanding the unique dynamics of Large Strategic ISV channel engagement and motivation is critical.

  • Strategic Vision & Tactical Execution: Exhibits the ability to think strategically about partner development and enablement, while also being highly adept at hands-on execution and tactical problem-solving to ensure initiatives deliver tangible results and manage processes effectively.

  • Highly Collaborative Exceptional Communicator: A natural storyteller and persuasive influencer, skilled at crafting clear, concise, and impactful messages for diverse internal and external audiences, and owning critical communication channels. Comfort and skill in presenting and defending work to executives is essential.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, operations, or strategy, with a focus on product marketing, partner marketing or alliance management in a B2B technology environment.

  • SAP ecosystem expertise

  • Proven ability to "own it" and drive projects from strategy to execution with a bias for action and strong process management skills.

  • Experience with messaging and positioning.

  • Demonstrated experience thriving in complex, matrixed, and sophisticated organizations, working cross-functionally to achieve results.

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex value propositions, craft compelling messaging, and present/defend work to executives.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
