ABOUT THE ROLE:

Plusgrade is looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to join our Global Marketing team for the Points Business Unit. This is a permanent role, based in our London office.

This is a client-facing, high-impact role that requires a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 

You’ll report to the Director, Partner Marketing, and work cross-functionally with internal teams across Analytics, Creative Services, and Media Demand Generation.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
 

As our Senior Partner Marketing Manager for Europe in the Points BU, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth, innovation, and measurable impact across some of the world’s most iconic airline loyalty programs. You will own the end-to-end marketing strategy for the region, serve as a trusted advisor to senior partner stakeholders, and play a critical role in shaping loyalty marketing strategy with our partners. 

  • Portfolio Ownership: Take full strategic and operational ownership of the European loyalty partner marketing portfolio, setting vision, priorities, and KPIs to drive revenue and engagement of Plusgrade’s loyalty products with partners.

  • Commercial Strategy & Revenue Focus: Actively drive marketing opportunities that contribute to revenue goals.  Develop and optimize a diverse portfolio of marketing initiatives across the full product suite to maximize partner yield.

  • Deep understanding of Loyalty economics: A strong grasp of Loyalty economics and the ability to translate strategy to align with the loyalty programme metrics while maintaining the programme economics.

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute multi-year, data-driven marketing strategies that accelerate partner growth, deepen engagement, and position Plusgrade as an industry thought leader.

  • Executive Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders.  Serve as the primary marketing lead for EU partners, providing the strategic guidance necessary to secure long-term renewals and expansions.

  • Digital & Loyalty Expertise: Leverage deep expertise in loyalty marketing, digital channels, and omni-channel campaign management to deliver best-in-class partner and customer experiences.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams (Data, Analytics, Creative, Media, Product) to deliver integrated, high-impact marketing programs tailored to partner needs.

  • Bold and Ambitious: Identify and pilot marketing opportunities, personalization strategies, and data-driven approaches to keep Plusgrade and its partners at the forefront of loyalty marketing.

  • Performance Management: Establish robust measurement frameworks, analyze campaign and portfolio performance, and present executive-level insights and actionable recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Mentorship & Team Development: Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.

YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:
  • Experience: 8+ years of marketing experience within loyalty or digital marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity within the travel, loyalty, or e-commerce sectors.

  • Industry Expertise: Demonstrated success in developing and executing B2B2C loyalty marketing strategies for major travel or hospitality brands, with a strong understanding of the European market.

  • Integrity: Uphold the highest standards of integrity and transparency, acting ethically and maintaining trust and accountability.

  • Digital Marketing Mastery: Advanced knowledge of digital marketing, data-driven personalization, and omni-channel campaign management.

  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to build relationships, drive strategic alignment, and deliver value in complex partner ecosystems.

  • Analytical Acumen: Highly analytical, with a track record of using data and insights to inform strategy, optimize performance, and drive business outcomes.

  • Creative Problem-solver: A proactive, creative problem-solver with strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

  • Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior marketers; able to inspire, influence, and drive results in a matrixed environment.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to confidently present to executive audiences and adapt messaging for diverse stakeholders.

  • Language: Fluency in English required.

  • Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel globally (up to 25%); a valid passport is required.
