Snowflake is about empowering enterprises to achieve their full potential — and people too. With a culture that’s all in on impact, innovation, and collaboration, Snowflake is the sweet spot for building big, moving fast, and taking technology — and careers — to the next level.

Snowflake is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partner Marketing Program Manager - to join our EMEA partner marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in maximizing the value and impact of our alliances with one of our cloud partners (AWS).

This role focuses heavily on execution, governance, and enablement, ensuring our high-touch field activities with AWS are flawlessly managed and aligned with our broader strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) motions. You will serve as the dedicated point of contact for our Alliances and Field Teams to ensure local field events are funded, approved, and executed without bottlenecks. As part of the role, you will also work on marketing - through campaigns aligned to Snowflake’s top priorities.

Success in this role hinges on exceptional cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with marketing, alliances, and sales teams.

This position has a hybrid work schedule requiring 3 days per week in Snowflake’s London office.

AS A PARTNER MARKETING PROGRAM MANAGER - AWS AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:
  • Manage effective MDF spend against AWS and Snowflake’s priorities

  • Measure Success: Establish goals and track the performance of all partner marketing initiatives to make a meaningful difference in Snowflake's business.

  • Build Pipeline: Design, execute, and manage innovative marketing through campaigns for our partners that deliver measurable results.

  • Influence and Align Cross-Functionally: Embed our cloud partnerships within Snowflake’s highly cross-functional working teams, collaborating across cloud alliances, product marketing, field marketing, demand gen, content, PR, and social.

OUR IDEAL SENIOR PARTNER MARKETING MANAGER WILL HAVE:
  • Relevant Experience: 5+ years of marketing or alliances experience, preferably high-growth, successful, B2B tech companies. Product or partner marketing background preferred.

  • Strategic Vision & Tactical Execution: Exhibits the ability to think strategically about full-funnel pipeline development while also being highly adept at hands-on execution and tactical problem-solving to ensure initiatives deliver tangible results.

  • Exceptional Influencer & Communicator: A natural storyteller and persuasive influencer, skilled at crafting clear, concise, and impactful messages for diverse internal and external audiences.

  • An 'Own It' Mentality: A proactive mindset with a bias for action and the ability to act decisively, take initiative, and move projects forward efficiently.

  • Cross-Functional Excellence: Proven ability to thrive in a highly cross-functional and matrixed environment with numerous internal and external stakeholders.

  • Big Picture Thinking: The ability to think big and re-imagine how Snowflake can deliver value to customers in collaboration with our partner ecosystem.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
