As Senior Partner Marketing Lead – EMEA, you will build and execute the partner marketing motion that helps bring Luma’s technology to enterprises, creative agencies, media companies and technology partners across the region.
Working closely with Partner Sales, Enterprise Sales and Global Marketing, your mission is to place Luma’s multimodal AI platform and newly launched Luma Agents at the centre of the creative and enterprise ecosystem across EMEA.
This is an opportunity to build and scale partner-led growth across EMEA. You will:
- Develop and execute joint marketing strategies with Luma’s key ecosystem partners across EMEA, including cloud providers, creative technology partners, agencies and system integrators.
- Launch co-marketing campaigns and partner programmes designed to drive awareness, pipeline and product adoption across enterprise and creative industries.
- Lead marketing strategy and execution for partner and industry events across EMEA, including AI, media and creative industry forums.
- Work closely with Partner Sales, Enterprise Sales and Global Marketing teams to align regional go-to-market initiatives.
- Enable partners with campaign frameworks, messaging and scalable marketing toolkits that help bring Luma’s platform and Luma Agents to market.
- Measure and optimise partner programmes to maximise pipeline creation, partner engagement and ecosystem growth.
- 8+ years of experience in partner marketing, ecosystem marketing or strategic field marketing within AI, SaaS, enterprise technology or creative platforms.
- A strong understanding of the EMEA partner ecosystem, including agencies, consultancies, cloud providers and technology alliances.
- A strategic thinker with a strong bias toward execution who is comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
- An excellent communicator able to influence both senior internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple partner programmes simultaneously while delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
- Experience working in AI, generative media, creative technology or high-growth SaaS companies.
- Experience building partner marketing programmes in scaling or early-stage environments.
- A genuine passion for the potential of AI to expand creativity and human imagination.
- Experience helping build new go-to-market motions within fast-growing teams.
