As our Senior Partner Management Manager, you'll be responsible for managing our large partnerships (especially POS partners integrating SumUp payments), being a key player for SumUp's revenue growth. You'll be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for your portfolio by building strong long-term relationships, analysing and managing partnership performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on larger partnership initiatives. 

What you'll do

  • Manage end-to-end partnerships lifecycle
  • Develop, implement and manage partnership roadmaps and other retention and growth programs
  • Identify growth opportunities to upsell partners on the new SumUp products and expand their market penetration  
  • Build case studies with current partners to showcase integration wins
  • Drive internal feedback loop with team, leaders, product and engineering teams (feature requests, etc.) and work cross-functionally as needed to prioritise product initiatives
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to other members of the team

You'll be great for this position if 

  • You have 5 years of Commercial background with proven experience in business development/ partner management and driving growth of existing business, with a focus on ISVs and API integrations
  • You have industry knowledge of POS Market and Fintech Experience
  • You have strong technical acumen and ability to understand and communicate technical product features
  • You have exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • You have the ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • You are results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
