What does a successful Senior Partner Development Manager do?  

A successful Senior Partner Development Manager at Fiserv is a commercially focused contributor who drives partner-led growth by sourcing, onboarding, and developing high-quality partners across the UK. The role works closely with the Head of Partner Sales and cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable revenue growth, an excellent partner experience, and strong governance, while role-modelling Fiserv’s values of Excellence, Integrity, and Collaboration. 

What you will do: 

  • Identify, source, and onboard new partners including referral partners, ISVs, ISOs and PayFacs 

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic partners, acting as the primary commercial point of contact. 

  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans to drive partner-led revenue growth. 

  • Work closely with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Product, and Marketing to ensure partners are onboarded and supported in a compliant and scalable way. 

  • Monitor partner performance against agreed KPIs and use insight to drive continuous improvement. 

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Fiserv’s product portfolio. 

  • Act as a senior partner advocate internally, balancing commercial ambition with governance and risk requirements. 

  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and partner needs to inform strategy and execution. 

  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of partner frameworks, onboarding processes, and enablement initiatives.  

What you will need to have: 

  • Proven experience in partner development, indirect sales, or channel management. 

  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, including ISOs, ISVs & PayFacs 

  • Demonstrated success sourcing, onboarding, and developing partner relationships. 

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively. 

  • Experience working within regulated or highly governed environments. 

  • Ability to collaborate across teams and lead through influence rather than authority. 

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise high-impact activity. 

  • A values-led approach, demonstrating integrity, accountability, and collaboration in everything you do.  

What would be great to have: 

  • Payments, fintech, or financial services industry experience.  

  • Experience working with structured partner programmes and performance frameworks. 

  • Strong data literacy with the ability to interpret performance metrics and trends.  

  • Experience contributing to change initiatives or scaling partner programmes.  

  • A continuous growth mindset with a desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
