Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Paid Social Manager to join our Paid Social team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact paid social media strategies across multiple platforms to drive business growth and achieve marketing objectives.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals
  • Manage and optimize large-scale paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok
  • Analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations to improve ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling ad content and ensure brand consistency
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates
  • Manage budgets effectively and allocate resources to maximize campaign performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with social media platform representatives
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in paid social media advertising techniques
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders and leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in paid social media advertising, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns
  • Expert knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok
  • Proficiency in paid social advertising tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Twitter Ads
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics and native social media analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Excellent project management skills and proficiency in relevant software
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and performance marketing metrics
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad content and strategies
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques for social media campaigns
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising and audience targeting strategies
  • Excellent attention to detail
