Your mission

As our new Senior Paid Media Executive, your mission is to drive growth through best-in-class paid media campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll play a key role in managing and optimising high-value accounts, leveraging data and insights to improve performance, maximise return on investment, and support Awaze’s ambitious growth plans. Working closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and wider marketing teams, you’ll help shape the future of our paid media strategy while continuously exploring new opportunities, technologies, and innovations.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and optimise large-scale paid media campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Video channels

  • Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve ROAS, CPA and conversion rates

  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager to develop and execute growth strategies across key accounts

  • Build, test and refine audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative approaches and campaign structures

  • Develop and implement creative testing frameworks to improve engagement and conversion performance

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform developments and emerging technologies within the digital marketing landscape

  • Lead and contribute to performance marketing projects, experiments and innovation initiatives

  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with wider business objectives

  • Take increasing ownership of a portfolio of accounts and become the subject matter expert for your channels

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Experience managing significant paid search budgets, either in-house or within an agency environment

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads platforms

  • The ability to analyse performance data from multiple sources and translate insights into actionable optimisations

  • Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio)

  • A strong understanding of campaign measurement, attribution and performance marketing best practices

  • Experience developing and executing creative testing strategies across different ad formats

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders

  • A collaborative, proactive and results-oriented approach to getting things done

Bonus points if you have:

  • Certifications across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta platforms

  • Experience within the travel, leisure or hospitality sector

  • Experience working in industries with strong seasonal demand patterns
