Title: Senior Organisational Change Implementation Manager
Location(s): Edinburgh, Bristol or Leeds
Hours: 35 hours, full time
Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
Are you ready to drive ground breaking change at one of the UK’s leading financial institutions? Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an exceptionally dedicated and motivated Senior HR Change Manager to join our Organisational Change and Implementation Leadership Team.

Job Description

In this role, the opportunity exists to partner on all aspects of organisational change across several business areas. Additionally, leading a team of Change Managers, driving performance, encouraging a positive team culture, and championing innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for developing team members. A proven track record of successfully managing and delivering transformational people change in an agile manner across multiple business areas and a commitment to fostering innovation are essential. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Organisational Change Managers.
  • Partner with a specific business area to deliver the change portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with people partnering and business teams.
  • Provide consultancy and subject matter expertise.
  • Drive innovation and change within our team.

What You’ll Need:

Desirable Experience:

  • Leadership Skills:  Lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Specialist HR Knowledge: Experience in implementing TUPEs and acquisitions, with good knowledge of employment law and unions.
  • Organisational Design: Proficient in aligning organisational design with business transformation objectives to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in ambiguous situations and navigate uncertainty with ease.
  • Stakeholder Management: Comfortable working with challenging Executive-level colleagues, operating at pace, and delivering in demanding environments.
  • Portfolio Management: Experienced in developing and managing complex plans to achieve deliverables and business outcomes.
  • Prioritisation & Resilience: Proactively anticipate the needs of the business, and prioritise tasks accordingly.
  • Coaching & Performance Management: Skilled in coaching team members and managing their performance to achieve high standards.
  • Innovation & Growth Mindset: Passionate about driving innovation and fostering a growth mindset within the team.
  • Learning Agility: Ability to quickly absorb new information, critically evaluate a broad range of issues, and comfortably move from topic to topic.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Out-of-the-box thinking and a continuous improvement focus, with the ability to shape complex solutions to meet business needs.
  • Proactive Anticipation: Ability to anticipate needs, issues, and risks, and take appropriate action.
  • Data Competency:  Comfort handling data and tracking core commercial metrics.
