As our next Senior Operations Specialist, you’ll help make sure every change we make genuinely works for our people, our trades and our customers. Working in our Commercial & Operations team, you’ll drive key projects, shape how change lands across the business, and make sure improvements stick - from process tweaks to major launches.
Leading projects that touch every part of the business -from product to frontline ops to commercial
Supporting big changes like onboarding a new supplier to manage a key process - working across teams to define solutions and align ways of working
Helping frontline teams roll out new service models -mapping responsibilities, driving clarity, and landing the change
Driving major product launches for trades - making sure our customer-facing teams are equipped and feeding insight back into the business
Streamlining customer journeys - mapping how things work today, socialising changes with managers, and driving consistency in how they’re delivered
Owning and evolving how we land change at scale - from forums and comms frameworks to training and impact tracking
Being a visible, trusted face of change - partnering across Product, Ops, Data, and Commercial to move things forward
Good experience in change, operations, process improvement or consulting
A proactive mindset - able to flag risks, surface issues, and find solutions fast
Strong project management skills and comfort with ambiguity
The ability to build trust, influence and work well with all levels — from the front line to leadership
A knack for problem-solving, structured thinking, and clear communication
Confidence with data tools like Excel or Google Sheets (bonus points for SQL)
Nice to have:
Experience applying change frameworks (like ADKAR)
Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud or contact centre ops
Lean or Six Sigma certifications
Experience across multi-site or BPO operations
