As a Senior Occupancy Planner, you will be responsible for fostering partnerships with both the client’s Real Estate Organization and end users to cultivate innovative space solutions. You will ensure consistent delivery of planning services and effectively managing and reporting occupancy data within the parameters of the client's workplace programs and strategy. Operating within a dynamic and forward-thinking culture, you will leverage your expertise in the creation of occupancy scenario and collaborative workplace practices to offer comprehensive solution options for intricate occupancy issues. This role requires three days (3) of onsite presence weekly. 

 

What your day-to-day will look like: 

  • Develop and implement occupancy strategies and migration sequencing plans 

  • Analyze space utilization data to increase productivity and maximize space use 

  • Align planning with corporate guidelines and enforce space policies/standards 

  • Interact with organizational leadership to identify requirements and prepare status reports 

  • Reconcile top-down and bottom-up seat/headcount count projections 

  • Detailed test-fits 

  • Experienced in Excel and Google Sheets  

  • Support the implementation of a CAFM system for the client 

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • 5-7 years of experience in corporate environment, preferably in strategic space / occupancy planning 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design or a related field. 

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, cell calculations) and Microsoft Power Point 

  • Proficiency in CAFM/IWMS software 

  • Experience with AutoCAD for basic test-fits and square foot calculations 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities 

  • Strategic thinking and big-picture perspective

  • Adaptability and comfort with change 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team. 

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

110,000.00 – 155,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
