We are looking for a seasoned .NET Developer to join our Development team, working on an advanced financial software platform designed for investment management firms. Our powerful platform integrates portfolio management, order management, electronic trading, compliance, and risk into a unified solution, covering the entire investment cycle from order origination to compliance-checking and trade execution.
Key Responsibilities

Software Design and Development:
- Develop and implement software solutions based on complex requirements and specifications.- Seamlessly integrate into an existing development team and collaborate with an extensive code base.
- Participate in the overall planning and execution of development objectives.
- Coordinate development efforts with internal and external interfaces.
- Create programmatic modules, unit tests, and test data related to development assignments.
- Ensure adherence to all development processes and practices.

Development standards and quality:
- Maintain the high quality of software code.
- Ensure adequate coverage through unit tests and/or automated testing routines.
- Collaborate with peers and management to develop process standards and enhancements to prevent development-related issues.
Qualifications:

BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.

5+ years of software development experience in C#

Extensive experience working with Windows Forms (WinForms).

Advanced SQL Server and Transact SQL skills.

Strong background in unit testing.

Knowledge with Microsoft Visual Studio Development environment and Microsoft TFS or GIT.

In-depth knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance, scalability, and availability.

Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Good analytical skills for assessing user, functional, and technical requirements.

Good problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
