We are looking for a product-focused Middle Mobile Manual QA Engineer to join the team. The team works on Money mobile application allowing to make transactions in different destination countries, make exchange rates and do mobile top ups.

Money app is a mobile application, which includes Money Transfer and Mobile Top-up services, supports IDT's mission of enabling people to keep in touch and share resources with family and friends worldwide.

You will:

- Conduct mobile and backend testing, ensure quality assurance of the software.
- Create, maintain and execute test plans, test cases.
- Review automation regression results on regular basis.
- Work closely with development team to identify and resolve issues.
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding the release readiness.
- Release management process, conduct post release testing and monitoring.
- Review negative client’s feedbacks and investigate the issues.
- Coordinate the work of other QA team members.

Requirements:

  • Experience in manual mobile and backend testing 2+ years.
  • Expertise in testing fundamentals, test design techniques and testing strategies.
  • Proficiency in usage of testing tools Android Studio, Charles, Postman, Jira.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
  • Good level of English – B2 or higher.

Would be nice to know:

  • Experience in Automation testing.
  • Experience in Performance and load testing.
