Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality native iOS applications using SwiftUI and UIKit.
- Implement and maintain scalable, modular architectures, including MVP and MVVM, to ensure efficient and maintainable codebases.
- Leverage Swift Concurrency to manage asynchronous programming effectively.
- Write clean, modular, and testable code that aligns with industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure application reliability, using testing frameworks such as XCTest and XCUITest.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric features and improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in iOS development, continuously applying this knowledge to improve product quality and efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of accessible applications, ensuring an inclusive and seamless user experience.
- 6+ years of experience in developing and deploying native iOS applications.
- Experience with cross-platform development and Android (Kotlin and Java) is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Swift, with additional experience in Objective-C.
- Expertise in iOS libraries and frameworks, including SwiftUI and UIKit.
- In-depth understanding of modern architectural patterns like MVP and MVVM.
- Advanced knowledge of Swift Concurrency for asynchronous programming.
- Proficiency in testing frameworks such as XCTest and XCUITest.
- Experience in building accessible mobile applications.
- Solid understanding of iOS design principles, Apple Human Interface Guidelines, and best practices.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Long-term 12 month contract, with potential for extension
