SENIOR MFE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Salary: Circa £30,000 per annum

Reports to: Senior MFE Product Development Manager

Department: Marketing, Fundraising & Engagement

Location: Stratford, London. Office-based with high flexibility (1-2 days per week in the office).

Positions Available: 2

Employment Type: 1x Permanent role and 1x 12 month FTC

Working hours: Full time 35 hours per week

We need you to support the product development process of CRUK’s fundraising product strategy; gathering and understanding insight, developing new ideas, building them into propositions, and designing tests to show their viability in the market.

What will I be doing?

  • Supporting the development and delivery of development projects according to product and portfolio priorities 

  • Collaborating with the Insight team on projects and communicating relevant outputs to the wider product team, so our supporters remain at the heart of what we do 

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, both within the product & functional teams and also the wider product development community at CRUK

  • Gathering analysis, research and insight to understand the product audiences and the marketplace 

  • Working with colleagues to share insight across the department and the product development community 

  • Planning and delivering product development projects to serve product audiences; recognising and exploiting opportunities for growth 

  • Coordinating and managing projects relating to innovation or product development.

What skills are you looking for?

  • Proven ability of project management, leading and engaging multiple stakeholders to help deliver 

  • Proven ability to work well under pressure, with demonstrable strategic/innovative thinking skills 

  • Problem solving skills. Ability to overcome issues, propose solutions and make sound commercial decisions 

  • A deep curiosity, willingness to learn, and the ability to draw on an expansive frame of reference 

  • A flexible approach to comfortably manage ambiguity and changing environments/contexts 

  • Excellent relationship building/management skills, creating connections to make great things happen
