We’re looking for a talented Senior Media Integration Lead to grow their career. Sitting within the Media Integration Team, this is a high impact role at the heart of how Tesco creates connected retail and media plans that deliver exceptional shopping experiences and drive growth for our suppliers. You will play a critical part in accelerating the scale of our Retail Media business and shaping how Tesco collaborates with suppliers to build industry-leading, commercially and media aligned activation plans.

What you'll be working on

  • Collaborate with our CPG Partners, Customer, and Retail Media teams to deliver best-in-class activation in-store and online.
  • Align cross retail media team priorities to ensure our clients and CPGs can maximise their return on investment.
  • Contribute to retail sales and retail media revenue growth by focusing on customer-led trade events and seasonal campaigns that are activated through media.
  • Leverage data insights to identify opportunities to drive incremental trade.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Tesco Media Team, Tesco Customer team, our online, marketplace, and rapid commerce teams, to ensure the plans you lead are supported and given the best chance of success.
  • Contribute to the success of CPG brand days and ensure momentum from the meeting is translated into actions that customers notice.
  • Support both strategic and tactical projects by working with our strategic suppliers to deliver our Joint Partnership Objectives.
  • Take a lead role in ensuring that our Buy, Move, Sell plans are reflected in the Media activation plans.
  • Identify opportunities and process development enablers that help build joint product and retail media capability. 
  • Partner with the Technology teams to help coordinate requirements and prioritise accordingly.

What we expect from you

  • Strong experience of the Grocery Retailer sector, either retailer or CPG side either within category management, brand management, shopper or trade marketing. 
  • Highly commercial with knowledge of buying, category planning or brand marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape and how retail media can drive growth.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
