Superside is looking for a Senior Marketing Strategist with deep expertise in B2B paid media and brand strategy to join the Marketing Strategy team. In this role, you will lead the development of data-driven, customer-centric marketing strategies that help our B2B SaaS customers, like Zapier, Microsoft, Grammarly, grow pipeline, strengthen brand positioning, and improve campaign performance across the funnel.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing Strategy, success in this role will be measured by your ability to uncover insights, shape clear strategic direction, and collaborate cross-functionally to turn strategy into creative that performs. You’ll serve as a high-level individual contributor—bringing clarity to complex marketing challenges and helping Superside scale its strategic influence across customers and internal teams.

What You'll Do

  • Develop full-funnel content, media, campaign and brand strategies for B2B SaaS customers, aligning short-term campaign goals with long-term brand equity.
  • Conduct audience research, competitive audits, and internal discovery to inform positioning, targeting, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal Creative, Project Management, and Customer Success teams to translate strategy into scalable execution.
  • Define channel strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, X (Twitter), programmatic, and industry newsletters.
  • Craft messaging frameworks and creative recommendations tailored for enterprise buying committees, both technical and non-technical.
  • Lead campaign planning and optimization strategy based on customer goals and performance signals.
  • Leverage AI tools, automation platforms, and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing) to enhance decision-making and execution efficiency.
  • Analyze campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization or strategic pivots.
  • Contribute to Superside’s internal thought leadership, strategic frameworks, and service development initiatives to evolve our offering.

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • 6–8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, paid media, or brand positioning, ideally in SaaS, consulting, or agency environments.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnel dynamics, from demand creation to lead conversion.
  • Expertise in multi-channel strategies, including LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Meta and other B2B-relevant platforms.
  • Experience in brand and content strategy and messaging frameworks that differentiate brands in saturated or commoditized categories.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize campaign data into actionable strategic insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams and customer stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, with a bias for ownership, clarity, and impact.
