We are looking for a Senior Specialist to join our Marketing team within Post Trade Solutions (PTS). This role involves supporting the development and delivery of full-service marketing programmes and events that drive growth and expand our products and services. 

The ideal candidate will have exposure to a broad range of marketing disciplines and will thrive as a confident, proactive self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude. 

This is a fixed term contract until August 2026. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop a strong understanding of the business domain and associated products to build personas for marketing purposes and create marketing and sales assets. 

  • Collaborate with team members to design and implement marketing initiatives across channels such as email, social media, digital platforms, and external communications. 

  • Contribute creative ideas for promotional events, campaigns, and public relations activities, and liaise with third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery. 

  • Coordinate and support external/client events. 

  • Partner with business teams to prioritise campaigns effectively. 

  • Manage and maintain the marketing database. 

  • Assist in brand management and awareness programmes. 

  • Support the design of branded assets (including email banners and digital cards). 

  • Contribute to market research initiatives and lead aspects of research projects. 

  • Work with internal colleagues to implement internal and external marketing campaigns. 

  • Ensure website content, factsheets, and other marketing materials are accurate and up to date. 

  • Travel as required to attend company or external events. 

  • Collaborate with other functions within CAM, including external communications, digital, brand, and events. 

  • Support budget management across marketing programmes. 

 

Experience and Qualifications Required 

Technical Skills: 

  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions based on findings. 

  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn Adobe Suite, Eloqua, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, MS Office, and Salesforce. 

Personal Skills: 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners. 

  • Excellent presentation and copywriting skills. 

  • Ability to manage time-sensitive situations, prioritise multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. 

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and dynamics. 

  • High attention to detail. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within marketing field. 

  • Minimum of 3 years’ marketing experience would be highly desirable.
