A Little About the Role

Responsibilities
As a Senior Marketing Manager at MagicLinks, you will play a pivotal role in driving our B2B marketing efforts to generate qualified sales leads and expand our pipeline. The ideal candidate is a marketing generalist with a proven track record of managing B2B marketing campaigns (social, email, paid ads, events), generating qualified leads, and adapting quickly to evolving business needs. We’re looking for someone who is creative, analytical, and excited to take on new challenges in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

You'll be reporting to our VP of Marketing and working closely with the marketing team and cross-functional partners.

  • Develop and/or support & implement B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, content, events, and paid media, with a focus on driving lead generation and nurturing prospects.
  • Collaborate with the team to create engaging and on-brand B2B marketing materials, such as blog posts, whitepapers, videos, and more, that resonate with potential clients and drive interest in our offerings.
  • Support brand strategy initiatives to ensure consistent B2B messaging and positioning across all touchpoints
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and opportunities for growth
  • Lead the planning and executing of both virtual and in-person events, such as webinars and conferences, designed to attract and engage potential B2B clients
  • Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to optimize future efforts

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with proficiency in lead generation, digital marketing, events, and content creation
  • Understanding and experience in executing ABM initiatives 
  • Broad understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM, specifically in the context of B2B marketing
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics and Hubspot to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Passion for the influencer marketing space and a desire to make an impact in a growing company by driving B2B business growth

Total Rewards

  • Base Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience

Our salary ranges are determined by role and level of experience relevant to the job. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the range for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
