The on-trade is the beating heart of cultural influence for Pernod Ricard — a space where brands like Absolut, Jameson, Beefeater, Malibu, Havana Club, Chivas, and Lillet earn their place through unforgettable experiences.

It is in bars, restaurants, clubs, and cocktail venues where our brands gain momentum, where rituals are born, and where bartenders shape the stories consumers take home.

About the role

  • Build the global on-premise playbook including segmentation, key occasion strategy, On Trade Brand World principles / POS strategy, programming models, and broadcasting through IBP (twice yearly).
  • Work closely with Brand Architecture teams to ensure trade strategies ladder into brand challenges and comms, and provide feedback on-premise programs.

Lead the strategy of the Pernod Ricard Global Advocacy Platform (Share. Inspire. Pioneer.)

  • Lead the vision, roadmap, governance, and strategic evolution.
  • Define global annual priorities, initiatives, and performance management framework.
  • Oversee delivery/scaling of program while coordinate with top markets on execution standards, capability building, and adoption of global tools.
  • Partner with Brand Ambassadors, Brand Homes, and Education teams to ensure the Global Advocacy Platform delivers excellence in advocacy, training, and brand experiences.
