As the SASE Marketing Leader, EMEA, you will be responsible for owning and executing the regional marketing strategy for Cloudflare One (SASE & Zero Trust) across EMEA, with a clear focus on driving awareness, pipeline, and revenue impact.
- Regional Marketing Strategy - Own and lead the EMEA marketing strategy for Cloudflare One, aligning global positioning with regional priorities, target industries, and strategic accounts.
- Demand Generation & Pipeline Acceleration - Work closely with Regional Field Marketing, Global Product Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Channel teams to design and execute full-funnel demand generation programs that drive qualified pipeline and accelerate deal cycles.
- Integrated Campaign Execution - Develop and execute insight-driven, multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, content, webinars, ABM, and sales-aligned initiatives to engage CIOs, CISOs, and networking decision makers across priority segments.
- Sales & Field Enablement - Partner closely with sales leadership and field teams to deliver field-ready marketing programs, messaging, and assets that support pipeline growth for target accounts and verticals.
- Partner & Channel Marketing - Collaborate with technology alliances, MSPs, distributors, and GSIs to plan and execute joint go-to-market and co-marketing initiatives that generate shared pipeline and expand Cloudflare One adoption.
- Customer & Buyer Insight - Develop a deep understanding of enterprise security and networking buyers, translating technical capabilities into compelling, customer-centric messaging that highlights Cloudflare One's differentiated value.
- Pipeline Measurement & Optimisation - Establish a regular reporting cadence to track marketing contribution to pipeline, bookings, and influenced revenue using Salesforce, Tableau, DemandBase, and other tools; continuously optimise programs based on performance and ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Act as a trusted partner across global and regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment on messaging, priorities, and execution across marketing, sales, product marketing, and channel teams.
- Competitive & Market Leadership - Monitor the competitive landscape across SASE, Zero Trust, and cybersecurity, ensuring Cloudflare One is consistently positioned as the innovation and growth leader in EMEA.
Required skills, knowledge and experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in cybersecurity, networking, or cloud infrastructure industries.
- Proven experience with or exposure to major SASE, SSE, and Zero Trust vendors in the cybersecurity and networking industry
- Deep understanding of the CXO, CIO, CISO and networking buyer journey, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
- Skilled at developing compelling content and campaigns that resonate with enterprise buyers.
- Experienced in partner marketing, with a track record of driving measurable pipeline through technology and channel alliances.
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset - comfortable managing metrics, attribution, and ROI analysis.
- Excellent communicator and storyteller with strong presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
