We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our London team. In this role, you’ll help us develop and execute regional customer and promotional strategies that drive growth and ROI across the UK and Ireland.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Regional Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Regional Marketing for UK&I, you will act as a strategic lead, supported by a Marketing Manager, to bridge the gap between central functions and local execution.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Strategy & Value Propositions: Partner with leadership to define regional strategies, focusing on how local media and promotions influence customer behaviour and drive long-term ROI.

  • Test & Learn Leadership: Drive the experimentation roadmap and work with Data Science to design measurement frameworks, codifying promotional best practices for geographical expansion.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary bridge between central and local teams, including Insights, CRM, Commercial, Finance, and Tech.

  • Budget Ownership: Manage multi-million pound budget lines for key initiatives, tracking spend closely and optimising plans to ensure maximum impact.

  • Performance Analysis: Lead weekly reporting on in-flight performance and conduct thorough post-campaign analysis to uncover new growth opportunities.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor trends and market activity to strengthen our regional positioning and maintain a competitive edge.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:

  • Significant Marketing or Commercial Experience: A proven track record in value-led or promotional campaigns within fast-paced environments.

  • Data-Driven Strategic Thinking: Ability to interpret complex data (using tools like Excel or Looker) to develop insight-led strategies and solve operational challenges.

  • Stakeholder Influence: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently and present recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Agility & Proactivity: A self-starter attitude, capable of thriving in a matrixed organisation defined by constant change.

  • Proven Delivery: A "make things happen" mindset with a track record of delivering results quickly and efficiently.
