We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager, Franchise EMEA in our London office.

Department Overview:

The role will lead the marketing function with our franchise partners, working closely with the MK commercial team, global marketing and PR teams and alongside EMEA marketing colleagues – delivering on the global strategy.

The Senior Marketing Manager, Franchise will form strong partnerships with the franchise marketing teams and all stakeholders to deliver marketing on the global strategy.

What You’ll Do:

Be a Brand Champion

  • Immerse yourself in the MK brand, our global marketing strategies, and our business priorities.
  • Gain deep insight into the cultural and commercial nuances of each franchise region, ensuring all marketing efforts resonate locally while driving our global vision.

Build and Lead High-Impact Partnerships

  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor to franchise partner marketing leads, fostering trusted relationships, inspiring innovation, and ensuring alignment on shared objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the EMEA Senior Director of Franchise and the Global Senior Marketing Director through ongoing strategic planning, cross-functional alignment, and executive-level engagement.
  • Drive integrated marketing excellence by aligning PR, EMEA, and US marketing functions—facilitating knowledge sharing, strategic cohesion, and the delivery of globally resonant brand activations.

Drive Strategic Marketing Execution

  • Lead seasonal planning sessions with franchise partners based on global strategic briefs.
  • Create and maintain clear processes and critical paths for creative, strategic, and tactical deliverables.
  • Guide the development and approval of regional marketing plans through structured touchpoints and milestone reviews.
  • Ensure marketing plans deliver both commercial impact and brand elevation—balancing media strategy, influencer partnerships, and digital campaigns.
  • Provide the right tools and direction to support partners’ digital activations across MK.com and third-party platforms.
  • Monitor marketing performance, ensuring contractual obligations are met and investments are strategically deployed.

You’ll Need to Have:

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, ideally with international franchise or licensing businesses.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills—you can confidently engage and influence at senior levels.
  • Expertise in cross-channel marketing, including media, social, PR, digital, influencer engagement, and events.
  • Global mindset with a nuanced understanding of regional marketing across diverse cultures.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable—you thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; you connect insights to action.
