Mintago is an innovative financial wellbeing platform that helps both employers and their employees with their financial health. We are on a mission to improve how people manage their financial world. As a socially conscious technology business, we want to make a positive impact on society. We believe in changing people's financial futures through the workplace.

If you sit at the sweet spot between tinkering with technology curiously, loving structure and numbers, but also are creatively driven and love breaking the mould, then this role is for you!

  • This is a role that mixes campaign management with marketing operations. We're looking for a marketing technologist who doesn't just build workflows - you craft surprisingly delightful experiences. Someone who sees marketing automation as a creative canvas.
  • This is a 9-12 month fixed term cover for maternity leave, with flexible working options. We’re seeking someone experienced, ready to onboard and ramp up quickly to hit the ground running.
  • Includes a handover period to ensure you are fully briefed on our tech stack and strategic goals before taking full ownership. We view this cover not just as a 'gap-fill,' but as a strategic opportunity for a senior professional to drive measurable impact during a key growth phase.

ROLE DEFINITION
You'll own end-to-end delivery of our growth marketing strategy, creatively architecting integrated campaigns as a T-shaped generalist with deep expertise in Marketing Automation, Campaign Management and Marketing Operations.

This is high-impact and hands-on - you'll collaborate with leadership, sales, and product to shape and execute our go-to-market efforts with full creative autonomy in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Your efforts will support the shift from fixed campaign cycles to an always-on strategy, improving campaign speed, creativity, and performance. You'll be the person who turns 'we've always done it this way' into 'what if we tried this instead?'
