Job Description

Bring your passion and drive to deliver the most epic and immersive LEGO® brand experiences for families with children 2-12 visiting the LEGOLAND® parks and discovery centers. Bring FUN and PLAY to the millions of guests across the world.  

 

Core Responsibilities 

  •  Own and drive the OES (owned, earned, shared) agenda to maximize the collective impact on brand and business across the LEGO Group and Merlin Entertainments. 
  • Unleash the full potential of the parks and discovery centers within the wider LEGO ecosystem to better support the overall guest journey, drive brand love and support the business opportunities across the LEGOLAND parks and Discovery centers 

  • Collaborate closely with all relevant ecosystem touchpoints across the LEGO Group and Merlin Entertainments. Represent Merlin Entertainments towards the wider LEGO organization and global marketing teams. 

  • Maintain and manage a comprehensive global editorial calendar that coordinates content across various platforms and touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive brand narrative.  

  • Develop and implement measurement frameworks and KPIs to assess the success of OES activities and adjust strategies accordingly. Facilitate the sharing of learnings and best practices across the marketing community, enhancing the overall effectiveness of marketing activities.  

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and ROI across all media channels.  

  • Ensure that all marketing communications adhere to brand guidelines and messaging is consistent across all channels and markets.

The LEGO® Brand Parks and Experience team is a part of LEGO Holding division in the LEGO Group and supports the LEGO mission toinspire and develop the builders of tomorrow. Our  overall responsibility is to drive the strategic partnership between the LEGO Group and Merlin Entertainments. In this role you will be a part of the team responsible for Brand, marketing and innovation within LEGO Brand Parks and Experience team.  

 

Merlin Entertainments Group is the second largest theme park operator in the world. Among others, the group owns and operates 10 LEGOLAND Parks, 29 indoor LEGOLAND Discovery Centres, 9 LEGOLAND Hotels and 4 LEGOLAND Water Parks with more than 17 million guests a year.  

 

Do you have what it takes? 

 

  • A long-standing expertise leading a top tier global brand/IP  

  • Strong marketing and brand skills with strong proven record of building brands and work with Owned, Earned and Shared channels 

  • Experience in working in a global company and across markets and cultures 

  • Strong digital experience 

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills 

  • Proficient in English 

  • Strong team player and high degree of personal integrity 

  • Willing to travel approximately once a month
