We believe that helping people unlock a better retirement starts with helping everyone in our organisation unlock their true potential, and thrive.

To do that, we’re mindful of staying true to the values that make us who we are, and proud of what we do.

Key Group is a forward-thinking brand in financial services, focused on helping people unlock a better retirement since 1998. We’re proud to support customers and advisers across the later life lending market through our range of specialist brands

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our Learning & Content team, right at the heart of our B2B Marketing function. This is a hands-on role where you’ll bring campaigns and events to life - owning delivery, keeping things moving, and ensuring everything lands on time, on brand and to a consistently high standard.

Working closely with our Brand, Acquisition and Nurture teams, you’ll coordinate account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns that strengthen engagement with later life lending advisers. You’ll also manage the operational planning and logistics for a year-round programme of digital and in-person events, partnering with specialists across design, video, learning and social.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinating end-to-end delivery of B2B marketing campaigns and assets

  • Managing timelines, trackers and multiple workstreams with confidence

  • Planning and delivering digital and in-person events, including logistics, suppliers and attendee journeys

  • Working cross-functionally to ensure integrated, joined-up marketing activity

  • Analysing campaign and event performance and sharing insights to improve future delivery

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience delivering B2B marketing campaigns and/or events

  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills

  • Confidence working across the full B2B funnel and within an ABM approach

  • High attention to detail, a proactive mindset and a “make it happen” attitude

  • Comfortable using CRM systems (Dynamics 365 or similar) and Microsoft Office

What we offer

  • 23 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 28 with service)

  • Holiday purchase scheme + 1 charity day per year

  • Tier 1 pension (5% employee / 8% employer)

  • Simply Health cover & life assurance

  • Flexible, hybrid working (minimum 3 days per week in the office)

Most importantly, you’ll be joining a business built on being Ambitious, Supportive, Personal, Responsive, Expert and driven by Integrity — where your work genuinely makes a difference.

London isn't just a hub for established businesses; it's also a nursery for innovation. Boasting one of the most recognized fintech ecosystems in Europe, attracting billions in investments each year, London's success has made it a go-to destination for startups looking to make their mark. Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning. From healthtech to renewable energy to cybersecurity and beyond, the city's startups are breaking new ground across a range of industries.
