We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Analytics Chapter, comprised of Analysts and Analytics Engineers. In the role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation in Marketing, Product and Partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Defining measurement plans and commercial success: You’ll enable Marketing to try new tests as we seek to identify and acquire new audiences. You’ll create campaign measurement frameworks and criteria. You’ll be comfortable turning the data into actionable commercial insights.
  • Partnering with Marketing and Commercial teams: You’ll be a key partner to Marketing in everything they do, identifying how analytics can be an enabler and accelerant for Marketing performance.
  • Thought leadership: You’ll adopt and instantiate concepts and techniques that ensure Lyst are at the forefront of Marketing analytics techniques. You’ll ideally have experience in lifetime value modelling, incrementality testing and MMM.
  • Supporting strategic business reviews: Contribute to strategic business reviews, presenting data-driven insights that influence company strategy.
  • Mentor analysts: Provide technical guidance to other team members, seeking to foster a culture of continuous learning and support within Analytics.
  • Develop Metrics and KPIs: Establish and maintain metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives and help measure success.
Requirements
  • Marketing Skills: Expertise in Marketing, with experience working across different acquisition channels on app and web
  • Modeling Skills: Experience working on advanced modelling concepts
  • SQL and Statistical Analysis: Strong proficiency in SQL and statistical methods for analyzing complex data sets
  • Proven experience in conducting impact analysis to assess viable opportunities and scoping their relevance
  • Track Record: A successful track record of managing complex projects that involve cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Highly autonomous and comfortable with accountability; experience working across all levels within an organisation
