About the Role:

The Senior Marketing Analyst will manage both inbound marketing strategies (content, SEO, social media) and direct marketing campaigns (email, SMS, whatsapp platforms) to create seamless customer journeys and maximize lead generation. This role requires a unique combination of content strategy, data analytics, and multi-channel campaign management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize organic and paid media performance across digital channels, including SEO strategy development and keyword research
  • Track and improve conversion rates from both organic and paid traffic sources while monitoring content engagement metrics
  • Lead and execute multi-channel direct marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and WhatsApp platforms- Develop customer segmentation strategies using CRM analysis and manage automated marketing workflows with trigger-based messaging
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance through key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates) while maintaining clean databases
  • Build and maintain comprehensive marketing dashboards integrating customer journey analytics across all channels
  • Conduct A/B testing, calculate ROI across channels, and generate regular performance reports with strategic recommendations

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Data Science or Business Intelligence
  • Strong proficiency with business-focused conversations in English
  • Proficient in advanced data analysis tools including Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Microstrategy for comprehensive business insights and reporting
  • Expert in digital marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools like Semrush to drive strategic marketing performance
  • Experienced in CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., Responsys), enabling sophisticated customer engagement and data-driven marketing strategies
  • Skilled in email marketing platforms and visualization technologies to create compelling, data-informed marketing communications and presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functional teams, translating complex data analysis into innovative solutions that support key business priorities
