Job Description

Join Experian's Data Quality division as part of our Global Product Marketing team and help shape strategy through market and customer intelligence. You'll deliver insights and expertise on our markets, competitors, analysts, and customers to guide EDQ's product roadmap, propositions, and go-to-market plans.

You'll collaborate with global and regional partners, of all seniority levels, and communicate the latest insights. This is important to solidify our understanding of competitors market position, customer needs, and further drive our differentiation.

About the Team:

The Global Product Marketing team is a growth enabler. It champions the voice of the customer and the market internally. The team translates insights into differentiated messaging, GTM strategies, and content. This content drives decision-making and customer growth.

Reporting to the Product Marketing Director, you'll collaborate with Global Product Management, Analyst Relations, Regional Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams to amplify the voice of the market and our ability to win.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform deep market, customer, industry analyst and news analysis to identify opportunities, risks and trends.
  • Lead global competitive intelligence and create impactful competitor battlecards and newsletters for sales enablement.
  • Capture and synthesise customer feedback, product analytics and win/loss insights to influence product and GTM strategies.
  • Undertake market research projects and support ad-hoc research requests to drive business growth
  • Work with partners to understand our needs and develop recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or related field
  • Experience in market research, competitive intelligence or product marketing within a B2B technology or SaaS
  • Experience of leveraging AI to accelerate insights and analysis desired 
  • Experience equipping product and sales with competitive materials to enable them to win 
  • Experience working with primary and secondary data, applying advanced analytics
  • Exceptional storytelling and able to present to partners of all seniority levels
  • Interpret different data sources, synthesise qualitative and quantitative insights into clear recommendations
