Join us on an exciting journey as a Senior Market Expansion Manager and help us reach more children in high growth markets!
 

This position can be based in Singapore/ Billund/ London as a 9 months contract and no relocation assistance is offered for this position. Coverage of benefits for Contractual positions may change or vary.
 

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead projects aimed at enhancing the business models (tax, tariffs, brand equity, sourcing) in collaboration with corporate and local customers.
  • Drive market entry strategies, including roadmaps, due diligence, and occasionally support the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
  • Develop and lead the market entry and business model setup playbook for Emerging Markets (EM).
  • Co-lead the commercial planning process for the Business Units (BU).
  • Consolidate and manage the EM insights database, coordinating and supporting global insights projects.
  • Govern our strategic incremental funds to ensure strategic allocation and impact.
  • Set EM planning direction for our annual planning process.
  • Strengthen EM BU processes and operating models to drive efficiency and scalability.

The Commercial Planning Management & Market Development department is anchored in our Global Commercial Development function. We are working closely with global and in markets customers to develop our annual business plans as well as address barriers our emerging markets are facing to unlock their growth.
 

Do you have what it takes?

  • Strong background in commercial or market development roles preferably in FMCG industry.
  • Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to operate with both internal and external collaborators across functions, including experience of driving complex/ambitious projects.
  • Strong commercial competence, and ability to build and interpret financial frameworks, models and scenarios to guide commercial investment decisions.
  • Strategically strong with a pragmatic approach to wider business challenges and ability to thrive when faced with ambiguity.
  • Mature analytical skills with a track record of turning insights into action plans and develop crisp communication materials for senior customers
  • A passion for newness, creativity and change management when proposing and implementing innovative ways to grow.
