Job Summary
The Senior Manager, International Retirement & Financial Wellbeing will lead the design, strategy, and governance of retirement and financial wellbeing programs across multiple non-U.S. markets. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, implementing country-specific requirements, and developing innovative financial wellbeing solutions tailored to diverse populations. The position will partner with global and regional stakeholders to deliver programs that enhance employee financial security and align with organisational objectives.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Pension & Retirement Plan Administration: Develop, implement, and manage global retirement plans, including the Comcast/NBCU international pension schemes
- Benefits Program Management: Support the design and lead the administration and project management of financial wellness programs and campaigns
- Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate with Risk Management and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to international statutory regulations through audits, reviews, and continuous monitoring.
- Vendor Management: Oversee day-to-day relationships with service providers to ensure positive employee experience via plan management and service delivery. Coordinate with HR Support Services team to implement design / policy rule changes.
- Employee Support & Communication: Provide guidance on financial benefit communications – eligibility, enrollment, and utilization. Coordinate with communications team to develop educational materials/engagement strategies as well as required notifications.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets and forecast costs at a plan level.
- Data & Documentation Management: Maintain accurate plan documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to Total Rewards strategy, collaborating with HRBPs and Finance to align benefit offerings with organizational and talent goals.
Required Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in benefits or large-scale plan administration / implementation
- Specific experience in Defined Contribution / Defined Benefit retirement plans and/or global pension scheme oversight preferred.
- Working knowledge of ERISA and associated 401(k) safe harbor plan compliance requirements preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field would be a plus
