In this pivotal role, you will be the architect behind an "amazing" candidate experience and a champion for elevating recruitment capabilities across MDLZ. You'll setting the global standards for what best-in-class looks like, and providing the guidance, training, and tools that empower our Talent Acquisition teams and hiring managers to achieve it. You will work collaboratively with various teams to implement these standards and ensure a consistent, high-quality approach to talent attraction and selection globally.
This role is Hybrid out of our Chicago, IL office.

Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $137,300 to $188,815; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.

What You Will Do:
Define an Amazing Candidate Experience (Setting Standards & Guidance):
- Champion & Standardize: Lead the development and articulation of a globally consistent, best-in-class candidate experience standard, outlining expectations for every touchpoint from application to offer acceptance and beyond.
- Design & Guide: Design innovative frameworks, guidelines, and toolkits that empower TA professionals to deliver an engaging, transparent, and memorable candidate journey.
- Measure & Refine: Establish metrics and feedback loops to continuously monitor, assess, and guide improvements in our candidate experience, ensuring it remains competitive and authentic to MDLZ culture.
Elevate Talent Acquisition Capabilities (Training & Tools):
- Capability Framework: Develop and implement a global capability framework for the TA function, identifying core competencies and skill gaps.
- Learning Design: Work with our learning team to design, curate, and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules on advanced sourcing, interviewing techniques, assessment best practices, unconscious bias mitigation, business acumen, and candidate relationship management.
Empower Hiring Managers (Training & Tools):
- Hiring Acumen Standards: Set standards for hiring manager involvement in the recruitment process, focusing on effective interview practices, objective assessment, and engaging candidate interactions.
- Enablement Programs: Create and deliver impactful training programs, and practical resources specifically tailored to empower hiring managers to conduct structured interviews, provide constructive feedback, and make informed hiring decisions.
- Assessment Guidance: Work with the Talent Management team to develop and disseminate guidance on assessment of best practices, ensuring fairness, validity, and a consistent approach to evaluating talent across the organization.
Drive Global Adoption & Implementation:
- Collaboration: Partner closely with regional TA Leads, People Leads, Employee Experience, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment, understanding, and effective implementation of new standards, training programs, and tools.
- Change Advocacy: Act as a key change advocate, influencing stakeholders and driving adoption of new approaches to elevate our overall talent acquisition maturity.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor global TA performance against defined standards, identifying areas for further guidance, training, or tool development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with a significant focus on capability development, program design, and candidate experience strategy within a complex, global organization.
- Proven track record of setting global standards and designing/delivering effective training, guidance, and tools rather than owning operational processes.
- Deep expertise in best practices across the full talent acquisition lifecycle, including sourcing, assessment, interviewing, and employer branding.
- Strong understanding of and experience in process optimization and project management
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform design decisions and measure program effectiveness.
- Proactive, innovative, and results-oriented with a passion for creating exceptional talent experiences.
