JOB DESCRIPTION
We are a UL Solutions strategy and development team for energy and industrial. We devise growth strategies, manage the portfolio of organic and M&A investment initiatives, and ensure the jobs get done. We seek an experienced Senior Strategy Manager to drive our company's growth and competitive positioning in the TIC ( Testing, Inspection, Certification) sector. The ideal candidate will excel at translating market insights into actionable strategies that create value for both our company and our customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs in the product TIC market• Identify and evaluate high-potential markets, segments, and geographies• Craft compelling value propositions and competitive strategies• Manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives to drive growth and establish market barriers• Deliver comprehensive investment recommendations aligned with company objectives• Analyse and compare customer needs with organic and M&A investment opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements:• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in devising investment and growth strategies • Strong analytical and decision-making skills• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities• Proficiency in strategic frameworks and proven track record of successful strategy implementation
