Job Description

The LEGO Group reaches millions of underserved children around the globe through our growing Social Responsibility programmes. Our team is further stepping up its focus on delivering impact and quality programming to children.

Please note: This is a 12-month parental cover fixed-term contract. We are looking to hire someone as soon as possible.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive adaptation of the current Social Responsibility (SR) strategy to ensure link with our 2032 Aspiration, and ensure its relevance and impact to communities and business.

  • Ensure delivery on Plan 2026 (KPIs, budgets), support in tracking and updating the tactical implementation plan (TIP).

  • Drive the development and evaluation of the next strategy cycle for the SR team as part the LEGO Group’s PLAN30.

  • Co-drive ‘Phase 2’ of the process of ONE Social Strategy for the wider LEGO Group.

  • Oversee and organise the implementation of ‘Phase 1’ of ONE Social Strategy as relevant to the Social Responsibility team.

  • Support on annual planning for the wider Social Responsibility team.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Extensive experience and expertise in strategy or management consulting or similar i.e. within a corporate project management or strategy unit, with demonstrable track record.

  • Passion about and expertise in the Social Responsibility agenda and corporate social sustainability.

  • Possess both a strategic approach for high-level planning and a strong focus on execution.

  • Exceptional ability to drive processes with multiple deadlines and deliverables, managing ambiguity but keeping focused on goal.

  • Comfortable with designing and managing planning, forecasting, assessing and reporting cycles across multiple workstreams.

  • Highly organised and efficient with the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities.
