Job Description

About you

Are you a strategic and hands-on Social Media professional with deep experience delivering B2B paid and organic campaigns that drive measurable results? Do you have a proven track record of building and engaging global audiences—particularly on LinkedIn—while optimizing spend for maximum ROI?

If your answers are YES  – then this is the perfect role for you!

Your Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will play a pivotal part in strengthening RepRisk’s position as the world’s most respected Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) provider for reputational risk and responsible business conduct.

  • We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social media—someone who actively tracks platform updates, paid advertising innovations, and emerging trends, and knows how to translate them into commercially impactful campaigns.

  • As a key member of our integrated Marketing & Communications team, you will plan, execute, and optimize high performing paid and organic content across our corporate channels, including LinkedIn and Google Ads. You will take ownership of campaign performance end-to-end, ensuring our content is delivered with precision, consistency, and measurable business impact.

  • From promoting thought leadership and insights to amplifying RepRisk’s latest AI innovation, you will help shape the conversations driving meaningful change through transparency.

Qualifications

You Offer

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Communications or a related field (e.g., journalism).

  • 6–8 years+ of professional experience in a global corporate or agency environment; experience in tech, data, AI, banking, or asset management is a strong advantage.

  • Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing paid social and paid advertising campaigns as part of inbound lead generation.

  • Hands-on experience with social advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), social CRM tools (e.g., Hootsuite, HubSpot), social video creation, and design tools (e.g., Canva) to create impact as part of paid campaigns.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and scaling social media strategies that drive LinkedIn follower growth and engagement.

  • Commercially minded, with experience in A/B testing, optimisation, budget management, and ROI analysis.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, working confidently with C‑suite, Sales, Product, and Technology teams.

  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to translate complex topics into concise, compelling content tailored to target audiences.

  • Results-oriented, with strong analytical skills and the ability to monitor, interpret, and report on performance data to inform decision-making.

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, including experience managing content calendars and cross-functional workflows.

  •  Native English speaker.
