- Strong knowledge of privacy laws, regulations, and principles in the United States and internationally, including comprehensive laws such as GDPR, PIPEDA, DPDPA, and other global privacy laws
- Experience providing guidance to legal, business, risk, and compliance partners relating to privacy notices, records of processing activities, transfer risk assessments, data protection impact assessments, and data processing agreements
