The Role

This is a chance to step into a senior leadership role within our consumer practice, working across a portfolio of iconic global brands and household names. You’ll be the driving force behind campaigns that spark conversation, cut through noise and capture imaginations.

As a Senior Manager (SAD) you’ll be the go to client partner, steering big picture strategy while ensuring flawless delivery. You’ll bring the best out of your teams, manage A-list talent collaborations and have the creative vision to keep our work fresh, brave  and culture relevant.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead client relationships, providing senior counsel and building trusted partnerships with global brand teams 

  • Oversee day to day running of major accounts, ensuring work is creative, impactful and on brief

  • Shape campaign strategies that combine earned first thinking with integrated ideas 

  • Collaborate with talent, influencers and cultural partners to bring campaigns to life 

  • Spot opportunities for clients to be part of the cultural conversation 

  • Manage, motivate and mentor account teams, fostering creativity and excellence 

  • Play a key role in new business, pitching bold ideas that win 

  • Ensure work is delivered on time, on budget and to award winning standards

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in consumer PR, ideally within a big network or top independent agency 

  • A track record working with major global brands on headline grabbing campaigns 

  • Exceptional client handling skills, you’re trusted, proactive and commercially sharp 

  • Strong creative instincts with the ability to inspire teams and shape ideas 

  • Experience working with A-list talent, influencers and cultural partnerships 

  • Confidence in the fast lane: juggling big projects, multiple stakeholders and high expectations 

  • Leadership qualities that build trust, motivate teams and deliver results
