Primary Responsibilities:
  • Leads strategy and executes go-to-market plans for new Consumer or Provider product launches and enhancements
  • Develops product messaging, positioning and naming
  • Creates product-specific and product family marketing materials
  • Assesses and interprets stakeholder needs and requirements
  • Identifies marketing solutions to nonstandard requests and problems
  • Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
  • Engages as a product marketing resource/expert for specified product families
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of communications, public relations or marketing experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience within a matrix organization
  • 5+ years of professional writing and editing experience
  • 5+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office application suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to clarify, manage and prioritize several deliverables.
  • Proven organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations or marketing
  • Health care experience
