Senior Manager, ProCare Services – UKI & Northern Europe
Shape and lead a high-impact technical service organisation across UKI and Northern Europe, transforming service into a driver of commercial success and customer loyalty. This role blends operational leadership with strong commercial influence, partnering across teams to deliver measurable growth, improve customer outcomes, and build a scalable, high-performing service model in a complex, cross-cultural environment.
What you will do
- Drive service contract revenue growth and renewal rates
- Partner with business unit leaders and cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Customer Experience, Quality, Legal, Supply Chain) to deliver aligned commercial and service outcomes
- Lead field service and workshop operations across UK&I and Northern Europe, ensuring high performance across turnaround time, service levels, and loan equipment availability
- Manage regional service structure including direct leadership of managers and distributor oversight in Ireland, ensuring consistent service delivery and capability development
- Define and track operational and commercial performance metrics
- Improve service execution and customer experience performance by optimising processes across repair centres and field operations
- Build team capability through talent development, performance management, and resource planning, ensuring effective engagement and productivity across technical teams
What you will need
Required qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in technical services, service operations, or customer operations leadership
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing people, including leadership of field service or technical teams
- Demonstrated experience managing profit and loss (P&L) and service-related financial performance
- Fluency in English
Preferred qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in medical device, healthcare technology, or regulated service environment
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing multi-country or regional operations across Europe
