What You’ll Need

  • 7+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Digital Advertising, ideally in retail or eCommerce.
  • Proven success in leading and scaling Paid Search, Paid Social, and Affiliate Marketing programs with large, multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with expertise in SQL, Python, R, Looker, Tableau, and Excel (automation, pivot tables, forecasting).
