About the Role:

You’ll join our Tinder team at OMD EMEA as a Senior Manager with experience in Paid Social. This includes managing and owning international paid social campaigns with the help of our account managers and executives who will benefit from your guidance and support throughout the process. 

This covers liaison with clients on paid social campaigns across, Meta, Snapchat and TikTok as well as supporting the specialist teams in campaign management including implementation, optimisation, analysis and insights building.

The team is comprised of an Executive and Manager who will report to you and you will report to the Performance Director, with a programmatic team mirroring the social experts across the account. You will be working closely together to create one digital strategy and ecosystem with room to learn and grow together.

Requirements: 

  • Experience in managing / activating across multiple Social platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of the paid social advertising. Ideally Facebook blueprint certified.
  • Experience in campaign execution, optimisation and analysis.
  • You will lead our social advertising strategy for your clients, working alongside the Director.
