Join us for an exciting career as “Senior Manager, Membership Intelligence” as part of the Membership & Personalisation team within Markets & Channels Central Marketing!

Please note the work location is either Copenhagen or Billund, Denmark and no relocation assistance is offered for this role.

Core Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Membership Intelligence, is a key commercial leader responsible for driving integrated membership intelligence from multiple sources to inform the LEGO Group Membership & Personalisation strategies and initiatives.

  • Lead the cross functional approach to delivering integrated membership intelligence that drives actionable recommendations to strategies and initiatives. Collaborating closely with Global Insights, Service Design, and Performance & Analytics teams across the business.  
  • Lead the integrated framework and approach for synthesizing and sharing a holistic view of member feedback and satisfaction, to provide actionable and commercial recommendations
  • Stay ahead of membership & loyalty trends, industry benchmarking, providing integrated intelligence to key stakeholders for informing strategies and initiatives.
  • Lead and deliver engaging communication on membership intelligence across various stakeholders and seniority levels, with actionable recommendations.
  • Drive the adoption and application of integrated membership intelligence across the organization, to drive commercial recommendations for membership initiatives and activities.
  • Drive the integration of membership into relevant and existing research practices across the organization, to support delivering comprehensive membership intelligence, in close partnership with Markets & Channels, PMD (Product Marketing Development), Direct Consumer Engagement (DCE), LEGO Retail, and Global Insights.

You will report to the Senior Director Membership Performance & Development.
 

 

Do you have what it takes?

  • Extensive senior experience working in a consumer insights and/or consulting environment, with experience in survey design
  • Strong structured problem solving & communication capabilities
  • Demonstrated success in driving commercial and/or strategic value through actionable insights
  • Excels at communicating with senior stakeholders (written & oral); able to convey clear, concise and actionable recommendations based on results
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, and working in a matrix organization
  • Working knowledge of personalization and loyalty programs
  • Experience in consulting or with top-tier consumer brands would be an advantage
  • Positive and driven, focused on overcoming challenges and achieving quality and efficiency.
  • Open, collaborative communication style, with experience working across cultures and time zones to build connected, sustainable relationships regardless of organizational structure 

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in a global multi-cultural manufacturing company with a complex channel mix (D2C and B2B)
  • Working knowledge/understanding of marketing channels and supporting reporting e.g. CRM, email, paid media, SEO etc. 
  • Enthusiasm for using data to solve complex business problems
