Role Overview

At Activision Blizzard King (ABK), we believe great games start with great people. We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Learning, Development & Performance to help our leaders build the capability, culture and leadership strength needed to win.
Acting as a trusted advisor, this role shapes and delivers LD&P priorities aligned to ABK’s business strategy and objectives spanning learning, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development. The role balances deep local understanding with enterprise alignment across Microsoft Gaming, ensuring leaders and teams across EMEA are equipped to deliver today and scale for the future.

This is a high-impact strategic role, partnering with senior leaders across ABK EMEA. You’ll shape how we grow leaders, build talent pipelines and drive performance at scale, balancing local market insight with enterprise alignment across Microsoft Gaming.

What you’ll do

  • Partner strategically with senior leaders across ABK, translating business priorities into impactful learning, talent and performance strategies.
  • Lead performance, talent and succession processes across ABK EMEA, turning insight into action and investment decisions.
  • Design and deliver leadership and capability solutions that strengthen current performance and future readiness
  • Shape leadership conversations around potential, readiness, capability and culture
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning, inclusion and growth across diverse EMEA markets
  • Use data and insight to prioritise initiatives, track impact and continuously improve outcomes
  • Collaborate globally with LD&P, HR and enterprise partners to ensure alignment, quality and scalability.

Essential experience & capabilities

  • Proven experience in a senior Learning, Talent, or LD&P Business Partner role within a complex, matrixed organisation.
  • Strong track record of partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions at leadership-team level.
  • Deep expertise across performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Experience designing and delivering strategic, data-led learning and capability solutions.
  • Comfortable operating across regional or international environments, ideally EMEA.
  • Strong commercial acumen. Able to link people initiatives directly to business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
