About the context

We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled professional to join the Program SPACE team for the implementation of the ESG performance tool. This role focuses on end-to-end data integration, ESG technical data model governance, and contract interface management across Corporate and local Entities systems. The successful candidate will oversee the integration of data into the SPACE ecosystem via the Federated Data Platform (FDP) (Microsoft Fabric), ensuring automation, consistency, and high-quality data flows to support ESG reporting and performance tracking.

Data Integration & Automation
  • Lead and manage all data integration activities from corporate systems into the SPACE ecosystem via the FDP.
  • Oversee and maintain contract interfaces with both corporate and local entitie through the FDP, supporting the automation of ESG data flows.
  • Drive the creation of new contract interfaces and the maintenance of existing ones, ensuring reliable, efficient, and scalable data transfers.
  • Design scalable and efficient data architectures to support ESG data products
  • Coordinate with Corporate IT, business and IT local entities teams to ensure timely and secure data pipeline automation.
ESG Technical Data Model Governance
  • Manage the governance of the ESG technical data model within Project SPACE, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with corporate data standards.
  • Monitor and supervise changes to the data model, ensuring documentation, traceability, and version control.
  • Communicate data model updates and changes to all relevant stakeholders (corporate teams and business units).
  • Ensure data quality and model integrity are maintained throughout the data lifecycle.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work closely with the Corporate Reporting Team to support the design and maintenance of Power BI dashboards, leveraging the SPACE technical data model.
  • Act as a single point of contact for data-related topics within Project SPACE, facilitating cross-functional alignment.
  • Engage with stakeholders from corporate and business units to promote adoption of automated data flows and compliance with governance rules.
Planning & Delivery Management
  • Lead the planning and tracking of deliverables related to data integration, contract interfaces, and data governance.
  • Manage timelines, milestones, and risks, ensuring on-time and quality delivery of data integration workstreams.
  • Support overall project governance, providing regular status updates and insights on data-related progress.

What you will bring

  • Excellent project planning and implementation skills with 10 – 15 years’ experience
  • Excellent organizational, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a focus on delivery and stakeholder coordination.
  • Extensive experience with data modeling, ETL processes, SQL, Power BI and corporate reporting
  • Demonstrated experience in data analytics including data governance, data delivery, and project management—is required
  • Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks and data processes is an asset.
  • Knowledge of data analytics platforms (experience with Microsoft Fabric is a plus) Proven ability to manage and maintain contract interfaces and oversee automated data pipelines.
  • Previous experience as a Data Analyst or Data Engineer is a plus (minimum 3+ years)
  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across corporate functions and business units.
  • English will be the main working language. Proficiency in other languages, especially French, and/or exposure to several cultures and ways of working is a plus.
